Inside the Alcove Playground, we can offer immersive brain training games that enable the elderly to stay mentally fit by engaging multiple learning systems in synchrony. They are able to test and train their cognitive abilities, like memory and problem-solving, in tandem with their motor skills and spatial orientation, making for a wholesome mental workout.

Wow, working with the Alcove team to integrate fit brain games into Playground has shattered my preconceived image of AARP! Despite 30 years working in the technology field, I had not thought of AARP as a leading high-tech organization. But their team working on AR and VR has one of the most complete visions of any of our clients of how AR and VR will transform family and social interactions. It has been a great pleasure working with them.

We are excited to contribute to AARP’s mission of combating social isolation among the aging population through the use of virtual and augmented reality technology. We believe that through integrating our Babble Rabbit experience into Alcove, we can help enrich that environment and support its use as a connection point between friends and loved ones. Pets have a great power to increase our quality of life; virtual pets can do the same but without all the clean-up and expense.

When we started shooting the 360° videos, we wanted to present attractive destinations to active travelers. But Alcove made it possible to introduce amazing places all round the world also to the aging audience. Now, we are thrilled to enable all generations to experience traveling in a comfortable, accessible and eco-friendly way.
